Refund Policy for the "Be Intentional Mastermind Academy" Community

 

Thank you for joining the Be Intentional Mastermind Academy ("the Academy"). We are committed to providing a high-value, supportive environment for all our members. To ensure clarity and fairness, we ask that you carefully review our refund policy before completing your purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds regarding our community memberships and the courses or workshops offered within our platform.

By purchasing a membership or course through the Be Intentional Mastermind Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

 

1. Community Membership Subscription Refunds

Our refund policy for the core community membership varies based on the subscription payment term selected at the time of purchase.

1.1. Monthly Subscriptions

For members on a month-to-month subscription plan, eligibility for a refund is determined by participation within the current billing cycle.

  • Eligibility for Refund: A full refund of your most recent monthly payment can be requested, provided you have not attended two (2) or more training/coaching events within the current monthly billing period. An "event" includes, but is not limited to, our weekly expert trainings, "Lunch Money Funding Fridays," group coaching calls, or any other live session hosted by the Academy.

  • Ineligibility for Refund: No refund will be issued for the current month's payment if you have attended two (2) or more live training/coaching events. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, at which point your subscription will not renew.

  • Prior Months: Refunds are not available for any previous months of service, regardless of participation.

1.2. Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Subscriptions

For members who commit to a longer-term subscription (paid quarterly, semi-annually, or annually), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure the Academy is the right fit for you.

  • You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

  • To activate this guarantee, please send a refund request via email as outlined in Section 3.

  • Refunds will be processed for the full amount paid, minus any non-refundable transaction fees incurred by the Academy during the initial payment.

  • After 30 days from the initial purchase date, refunds are not available, in full or pro-rated, for these long-term subscription plans.

     

2. Refunds for Courses, Workshops, and Third-Party Offerings

The Be Intentional Mastermind Academy serves as a platform for our expert coaches and other third parties ("Sellers") to offer specialized courses, workshops, and training programs. The refund policy for these offerings is set by the individual Seller.

  • Seller-Specific Policies: The refund policy for any specific course or workshop is established, managed, and honored directly by the individual coach or entity selling that course.

  • Member Responsibility: It is your responsibility to find, read, and understand the refund policy for each individual course or workshop BEFORE making a purchase. This information is typically available on the course sales page or can be requested directly from the Seller.

  • Limitation of Liability: Be Intentional Mastermind Academy, LLC is a platform provider and is not responsible for processing refunds, managing disputes, or honoring any refund requests for courses or workshops sold by third-party coaches within the community. All such inquiries must be directed to the specific Seller of the course.

 

3. How to Request an Eligible Refund

To request a refund for an eligible Community Membership subscription as outlined in Section 1, you MUST submit a written request via email.

  • Required Information: Your email must include your full name, the email address used for purchase, the name of the subscription plan (e.g., "Monthly Membership"), and the date of your purchase.

 

4. General Terms and Processing

  • Processing Time: Upon receipt of an eligible refund request, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Original Payment Method: All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: As stated, all refunds are subject to deduction of any non-refundable transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing fees) that the Academy cannot recover.

 

5. Governing Law

This Refund Policy and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
